
Gong Therapy Training
Mehtab Benton is a Lead Kundalini Yoga Teacher Trainer and originator of Gong Yoga. He began his teacher journey in the San Rafael Kundalini Yoga Ashram in 1974 and has led over 50 Level 1 and Level 2 Kundalini Yoga teacher training programs in the USA, as well as conducting gong certification trainings in 20 countries.
He is the originator and author of Gong Yoga, the first book and course on using the gong with the practices of yoga and meditation. His book, Teaching Gong Yoga, has been used in yoga teacher training classes by teachers of all disciplines, and his book Gong Therapy has provided the foundation for teaching sound healers, healing professionals, and yoga teachers how to use the gong therapeutically.

Gong Therapy is a certification course in using the gong and the practices of yoga to create a therapeutic environment and transformational experience for physical, mental, and spiritual excellence. The training is suitable for sound healers, yoga teachers, gong players, and therapists from all backgrounds, and will give you the tools and information to conduct one-on-one private sessions for individual clients as well as suggestions for using the gong as a therapeutic instrument in a group setting.
